Please be aware that purchases can on occasion take up to 24 hours to appear in World of Warships Blitz - if it has been less than 24 hours since you made your purchase, please be patient, as it's possible your purchase is stuck due to high payment traffic on their way to your game!
If you have waited 24 hours and still have not received your purchase make sure that you look for the receipt of this purchase - if you weren't emailed a receipt to the email account associated with your iTunes (or Google) account, then your purchase didn't reach Apple/Google, so you haven't been charged.
If you've waited 24 hours, and have confirmed that you have received a receipt, try turning your device off, then back on - this can sometimes force your purchase to appear.
Finally, if none of the steps above worked, then please get in touch with our team, who will do their best to help. When contacting our team, please include the following in your message:
- Your Player ID and your server. The ID can be found in the profile menu - tap on your profile picture in the top left of the screen, which will bring up your Service Record. Here you will find your "Player ID". Your Server's icon will be displayed in the account menu. This is very important to add, as you are not using the in-game support option.
- A screenshot of your receipt, attached to your message.
- A description of what happened when you made a purchase - did anything unusual happen? Did the game crash?
