If you have lost your profile, our team is ready to help you in restoring it.
Losing all your account progress usually means that you have changed your means of logging into the account or have changed the server/region you are playing on.
First, please log out of the game. You can do so by scrolling the left options panel down to settings (gear icon) and choosing "Log out".
Once logged out, please make sure that you have selected the correct region - available are Asia, Europe and North America.
Following that, please select your previously chosen method of login. You can choose either your Gamecenter/Google Playstore account or your Wargaming.net ID.
Using the same login method as you did during the first time you installed the game should restore your account to its original state.
If you still remain without your account progress, it is possible that you reinstalled the game but did not use any of the login methods mentioned above the first time you played. In such cases, or in all other cases where you have lost your progress, please contact our Support Team with your answers to the following questions:
- Registration city, country.
- Player's ID code, player's name, server region.
- The date, city and the internet operator of the last login.
- Please provide screenshots of your receipts. We need detailed billing reports with ID of payments.

If Facebook was linked to your profile, maybe you can provide us the Facebook ID profile's code that was used to log in to the game.
