Losing all your account progress usually means that you have changed your means of logging into the account or have changed the server/region you are playing on.
First, please log out of the game. You can do so by tapping on the menu button in the top left corner and choosing "Log out" at the very end of the navigation bar that pops up.
Once logged out, please make sure that you have selected the correct region - available are Asia, Europe, Eastern Europe and North America.
Following that, please select your previously chosen method of login. You can chose either your Gamecenter/Google Playstore account, Facebook, or your Wargaming.net ID.
Using the same login method as you did during the first time you installed the game should restore your account to its original state.
If you still remain without your account progress, it is possible that you reinstalled the game but did not use any of the login methods mentioned above the first time you played. In such cases, or in all other cases where you have lost your progress, please contact our Support team with your answers to the following questions:
- What was the rank/level and user name of your correct profile?
- Did you make any in-app purchases? If you did, please provide screenshots of your receipts for these.
- Do you remember your Player ID? (you can find it by clicking on your user icon in the game under your "Service Records") If so, please provide us with both your old and new Player IDs? Your Player ID is an 7-digit ID made up of numbers and letters.
