Hello there, Captains!
Please be advised that due to Facebook's new privacy policy, players using Facebook to log in must switch to another login method immediately. You can link other media accounts, such as Google, Apple, or Wargaming ID, under the "Account" tab in Settings.
If this is not done, you will no longer be able to log in to your account once you reinstall the game. To restore access to the account please email us at support@wowsblitz.zendesk.com with the following information:
- Account name
- Player ID (7-digit combination of letters and numbers)
- Account level
- Fleet name
- Description of Inventory (high-tier ships and approximate sums of Gold and Silver)
- Registration date (or approximate date)
- Screenshots showing order numbers from Apple/Google/Huawei if any purchases were made on the account
- Name of your internet provider company at the time of registration and last login
Please follow these instructions to change the account link if you have been using Facebook as your primary login method:
- Open the game application and click on ‘Game Start’
- Go to the ‘Settings’ page
- While on the ‘Account’ tab under ‘Settings’, link the account to Google Play/App Store, or Wargaming Account
- Complete the verification
