We are aware that some of our players have missed the chance to transfer their Eastern European accounts during the initial indicated timeline. In connection with that, we’ll be offering a second opportunity for our Eastern European players to transfer their accounts to other servers.
Please note: We will be unable to transfer player accounts if they are not bound to any login method.
However, we also want to ensure that everyone is aware that if both the giving and receiving accounts bind with the same Social Media ID (same platform; same platform ID), the Eastern Europe (giving account) will replace the data on the receiving account (on the destination server). Please keep this in mind when making your transfer request.
Transfer Timeline:
- Transfer Period: From October 26 to November 26
- Account Transfer Date: November 30
What Can You Transfer? Just like the previous transfer opportunity, you can move the following aspects of your account to your chosen server:
- Basic player information
- Battle statistics
- Medals
- Currencies
- Blitz Pass progress
- Ships
- Commanders
- Camouflages
- Experience
- Ports
- Ship slots
- Items in the Warehouse
- Titles
- Portraits
What Won't Be Transferred? The following aspects will not be transferred during the process:
- League progress
- Battle records
- Friends
- Fleet
- Player rank
- Ranked Battle progress
- Event progress
How to Transfer:
Unlike the previous transfer, this time around, the transfer process will exclusively take place via a customer support ticket system. To initiate your account transfer, follow these steps:
- Send us an email: support@wowsblitz.com
- Please make sure to provide the following essential account details for a smooth transfer:
- Character name
- Player ID (a 7-digit combination of letters and numbers)
- Level of your account
- Your fleet
- Destination Server (Europe, North America, Asia)
- Approximate registration date
- If you've made any in-game purchases, attach a screenshot showing the order number from Apple/Google/Huawei
- Your internet provider at the time of registration and at the time of your last login
Please be prepared to provide these details and any additional information requested by our customer support team to ensure a successful transfer. Your cooperation in this process is greatly appreciated.
What's Important to Remember:
It's crucial to understand that transfers will only occur from the Eastern European server to other servers. No transfers will be possible from any other server.
Additionally, please note that if you have already created a ticket and been informed by our Customer Support Team that the request has been forwarded for transfer, you do not need to create an additional ticket.
