If you encounter a bug in the game and wish to report it, here's how to do it in the most efficient way.
1. Make a screenshot or a video recording of the bug. If it happens in battle regularly, try to recreate events under which it happens: be it a specific map/ship/ship class/battle mode/shell type affected. Here is how to record videos and make screenshots on iOS and Android.
If it's a localization error that you notice, make a screenshot of where it is.
2. Submit a support ticket. You can do that by writing to support@wowsblitz.zendesk.com or by opening the game, then selecting Support and finally tapping on the plus icon, which will open a new ticket.
3. Describe the issue in maximum detail, as it is important for reproducing the bug, which, after all, increases the chance and speed of its fix.
4. Attach screenshots/videos by clicking the paperclip icon on the support page. Please also keep in mind to tell us your device model, OS installed and your player details (Player ID, Server and In-game name).
