In case you need to contact Player Support, you can do so in several ways.
From the game client:
In the Port, select Settings from the menu on the left.
On the left of the Account tab, tap the Support button.
In the popup window that appears, tap the “Support” button and then “Get in touch” to start communicating with Player Support.
Describe your problem and tap the Send button.
If required, share a screenshot or video via file hosting or send them attached to our email support@wowsblitz.zendesk.com.
In case you cannot contact Player Support via the game client:
Ask your question or describe your problem in an email to support@wowsblitz.zendesk.com.
Alternatively, you can contact Player Support via the official World of Warships Blitz groups on social media:
