Unfortunately, you cannot transfer your entire account progress to another server; however, we can move certain Premium items to your account on another server.
You can currently move the following items to different server:
- Gold
- Premium ships
Please submit a request to Player Support if you want to move in-game items to a different server. Make sure to specify the following information:
- Your Player ID and the servers of both accounts involved in the moving process
- List of items you want to move
- Reason for the move
- The name of the Internet provider that you use to connect to the WoWS Blitz servers
Please note that certain rules apply to moving in-game items:
- We will withdraw 250 Gold from your account for each moved ship because it will be added to your other account along with a Port slot. We cannot remove a Port slot from your first account when removing a ship, and we cannot send your ship to the second account without also providing a Port slot for it.
- We will move your first item free of charge. Each subsequent move will cost you 30%, 60%, 120% and 240% of the Gold value of moved items correspondingly (double increase for each new request).
- Decisions about whether to move items will be made on a case-by-case basis; we may refuse to move your items with no explanation.
The account from which your items are to be moved must meet two requirements:
- It must have been registered at least 6 months prior.
- It must be upgraded to at least Level 10.
