Considering the changes in our business landscape, as we transition away from specific regions, we predict that there will be a decline in the Eastern European player base. In light of this, we have made the decision to close our Eastern Europe server. We deeply empathize with our Eastern European players and are committed to providing them with the most fulfilling environment. To accomplish this, we are offering the option to transfer Eastern European accounts to other servers, ensuring a more vibrant and enjoyable environment for our players’ continued engagement.
As a result, from July 19 until August 18, we will be providing players with the option to transfer their accounts to any other server of their choosing. We appreciate the support of our Eastern European players and hope that they will continue to enjoy our game on their new server.
All Eastern European accounts will be transferred to the server of each player’s choosing on August 23.
To begin the transfer process, players will need to log in to their Eastern European game account and follow these instructions:
- Head over to the “Other” tab under “Settings.”
- Click on the “Transfer” button.
- Initiate the transfer procedure by filling in the required information.
Please note: We will be unable to transfer player accounts if they are not bound to any login method.
However, we also want to ensure that everyone is aware that if both the giving and receiving accounts bind with the same Social Media ID (same platform; same platform ID), the Eastern Europe (giving account) will replace the data on the receiving account (on the destination server). Please keep this in mind when making your transfer request.
Please note that the following will be transferred:
- Basic player information
- Battle statistics
- Medals
- Currencies
- Blitz Pass progress
- Ships
- Commanders
- Camouflages
- Experience
- Ports
- Ship slots
- Items in the Warehouse
- Titles
- Portraits
- Monthly & weekly subscriptions (Please note: You will have to manually cancel your subscription prior to the transfer).
The following will not be transferred:
- League progress
- Battle records
- Friends
- Fleet
- Player rank
- Ranked Battle progress
- Event progress
Please note that before initiating the account transfer, we recommend that players claim all rewards and open all in-game mail from their current account. Any rewards or mail that have not been claimed will be lost during the transfer process. Additionally, please note that registration on the Eastern Europe server, as well as purchases, will be restricted at a later date. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and hope to provide a seamless transfer experience for all of our players.
We would also like to clarify that we will only be facilitating transfers from the Eastern Europe server to any other servers. No transfers will be possible from any other server.
