We have an important update regarding the account transfer process for players located in Eastern Europe. We understand the significance of this transition and want to ensure a smooth experience for all of you. To thank you for your continued support, we are offering every player with an Eastern European account one free transfer of content to or from an account located in Europe, North America, or Asia.
The transferred content may include various Premium items, such as Gold or Premium ships. However, we kindly ask that you do not request the transfer of any duplicated content, meaning items that already exist on both the issuing and receiving accounts. To streamline the transfer process, we want to avoid any redundant data that may cause complications.
Please note that each account is only eligible for one free transfer. To initiate the transfer, you will need to provide certain information that confirms your ownership of both accounts. This includes:
- Character names (both accounts)
- Player IDs (both accounts)
- Fleet names, if applicable (both accounts)
- Approximate registration date (both accounts)
- If you've ever made any in-game purchases, please provide a screenshot showing the order number from Apple/Google/Huawei
- Your internet provider at the time of registration and at the time of your last login
In some cases, additional information may be requested to ensure the authenticity and security of the transfer process.
