Here is a full overall description of everything that is new in Update 3.2:
Create a Training Room, customize the battle, and invite your friends to join. Customization options include the mode type, map, ship tier, ship type, and number of players on each team (including observers).
The Training Room can be found in the drop-down main menu.
In the Training Room, players can choose what team to join, or can even choose just to be an observer and watch their friends play.
Only the owner of the room has the authority to start a match. When started, it will bring all the players into the battle.
Bots cannot be added to Training Room battles.
Only invited players can join the room. Players of Level 5 and upward can be invited.
The ability to create a Training room is unlocked after a player reaches Level 15.
The rules for victory are the same as for Random Battles.
Players can leave the battle at any time.
Observers can’t influence the game, but can pick what player to observe and watch them in different spectator modes (details can be found later in the patch notes).
Rewards and Consumables
The battle results aren't counted in players' battle statistics.
This mode takes no account of battle medals and also offers no rewards.
No consumable or service costs are applicable.
Battles in the Training Room aren't counted towards missions or Battle Honors.

Fleet Challenge Overhaul
A new Fleet Challenge system replaces the current one in missions. The Fleet Challenge page has moved into the Fleet tab.
There are now three types of Challenge tasks:
Standard Challenge: regular missions
Team Challenge: players need to team up with at least one Fleet member to complete this Challenge
Ultra Challenge: only unlocks when the Standard and Team Challenges have been completed
Each Challenge offers its own completion reward. A player must make the minimum contribution to the Fleet in order to claim any rewards.
Completing at least one Challenge will unlock the final reward, and every Challenge the Fleet completes will level up the final reward crate. The final reward crate will be sent to qualifying players automatically after the Fleet Challenges refresh.
Players who leave the Fleet cannot participate in any Fleet Challenges until the next mission refresh.
Additional Spectator Modes
Players can now tap on the new View button to switch between three different camera control options in the Spectator mode.
Ship view: same as the old one
