Here’s a full overall description of everything that’s new in Update 3.4:
New Maps
Three new maps are being added in the next Update:
Friar’s Lantern: a Tier VII–X Domination map based on the Jack o’ lantern, with large and small sparsely populated islands around the map.
At the very start of the match, the team can split into two groups—north and south—with both going for different objectives. Another tactic is to fully commit to the south, take the two underlying objectives, and hold them.
Typhoon’s Eye: a Tier VIII–X Domination map with small and large islands surrounding each Key Area.
At the beginning of a battle, the teams will rally to the closest two points. From there, you can either push for the closest cap or take a risk and push for the furthest point, outflanking the enemy.
Hourglass: a Tier VI–X Base Capture map with the form of an Hourglass.
Although the enemy's base is close, it will be too dangerous to push directly. Use the small islands to your advantage and try to flank your enemies from the sides.
The Cage map now has a new game mode called Epicenter, available only in the Training Room.
New Game Mode: Epicenter
This game mode will only be available in the Training Room for now, as we want you—our players—to test it and give us your feedback.
The rules of the mode are similar to those of Domination.
The team that accrues 1,000 points first, wins.
Destroying all enemy ships is another path to victory.
There are three concentric rings.
These are control zones that can be captured independently and differ in the number of points they give.
The inner circle awards 8 points every 5 seconds.
The inner ring awards 5 points every 5 seconds.
The outer ring awards 3 points every 5 seconds.
This map is for ships of Tier VI and higher.
New Battle Medals
We’ve added nine new battle medals to the game, each coming with their own title.
Big Game Hunter: destroy one carrier and one battleship in a battle.
Counter Strike: destroy the enemy who wins the “First Strike” medal in a battle.
Last Stand: win a Blitz Royale battle.
No Martyrdom: take more than 120% of the ship’s maximum HP in damage and survive in a battle, and also deal at least 50,000 damage to enemies.
Clash Zone: capture a control zone three times in a battle.
No Mercy: destroy one aircraft carrier, one battleship, one cruiser, and one destroyer in a battle.
Citadel Crises: hit enemy citadels three times in 10 seconds.
Kraken Slayer: destroy the enemy who wins the “Kraken Unleashed” medal in a battle.
Overwhelming Victory: win a battle by destroying all enemies, without losing any teammates.
Mechanics Changes
Fire/Flooding Resistance
The chances of fire and flooding have been reduced, as well as the amount of damage taken from fire and flooding.
This will significantly change the way these mechanics work in the game and strongly affect the way you play in higher tier battles.
Flooding Damage
To compensate for the changes to fire and flooding, flooding now causes overall damage equal to 25% of the target ship’s max health—an increase from 20%.
Carpet Bombing
For each dive-bombing squadron, the maximum time it takes to drop all bombs will be no longer than 0.5 seconds.
Voice of Nations
- Added the choice of language in Settings
- There are eight kinds of National Voice options: English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish. There’s also a special option to base the language on the ship.
- This special option is determined by the ship's nation, no matter what language you have applied in the game. For example, when you play a Japanese ship, you’ll hear the Japanese language.
- You’ll still be able to read what other players have said in the chat box in your preferred language, based on your overall language settings for the game.

Added three new filters to help you search for specific ships more easily.

You can now also select certain ships as favorites.

The owner of the Training Room can now customize the battle time of the match.
There are five new options: 5 minutes, 7 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, and 20 minutes.

UK Destroyers: Full Release
The Royal Navy destroyers are arriving soon! Make your enemies shiver out on the seas by making use of the British destroyers’ ability to fire torpedoes individually and lead your team to victory!

Consumables Reminder
Consumables:
If you are out of a loaded consumable and haven’t activated auto resupply, the frame of the consumable slot will turn red to remind you that it’s empty.
Supplies and Boosters
If the loaded item is out of stock, the frame of the slot will turn red.
If the slot is vacant and there are other items in stock, the slot will turn green to remind you that you can add a replacement item.
Reward Tree
This is an event where the rewards are linked in a chain, forming a tree-like structure.
To unlock each reward, you‘ll need to spend Tokens. Alternatively, you can also use gold to unlock each next reward.
The rewards line up in a chain and can only be unlocked in sequential order.
The last reward of each chain is the final reward. If you already have the reward, the unlock button will be hidden.
When the event ends, all remaining Tokens will automatically be converted into Silver.
You can expect this event at the end of next month, just in time for Halloween!
Blitz Pass: Fleet Gift
- Each time you purchase the Blitz Pass, a gift will be sent to all members of your Fleet. It will appear in the Fleet chat.
- The gift will be available for 30 days. Players should claim this before it expires.
- If a member quits the Fleet, all their unclaimed gifts will be deleted.
- If the player who purchased the Blitz Pass leaves the Fleet, the associated gifts will also disappear.
- When obtaining a Blitz Pass or Premium Blitz Pass, both will provide Fleet members a small random reward after being shared in the Fleet chat. The reward pool will differ depending on whether you’ve obtained the Blitz Pass or Premium Blitz Pass, with the Premium Blitz Pass providing better rewards.
Naval Academy Level Change
A few levels have been changed:
- Joining a Fleet: moved from Level 3 to Level 7
- If a player who is lower than Level 7 is already in a Fleet, they will still be able to access it
- Team Skirmish: moved from Level 3 to Level 9
- Respawn Mode: moved from Level 3 to Level 13
- Blitz Royale: moved from Level 3 to Level 14
When these three battle modes are locked, the player can only see the time remaining until each mode expires and its description. Press on the mode icon and a hint will appear, displaying the unlock conditions.
New Techline Introductions
We’ve added more Techline introductions to the Italian cruiser and British battleship lines, giving you a better understanding of each line before you start it. This can be found in the Tech Trees of the national ships mentioned above. You’ll see an information—“i"—icon. Once clicked, it will highlight the associated ship line.

Minimap: Base-Capture Warning
If the enemy team is capturing your base, a warning will be displayed notifying your team that this is happening.

The color tone has been changed.

The Italian Cruiser Line Is Now Selectable for New Players
Players can now select the Italian cruiser line at the beginning of the game, when first starting out.
